Prof.Dr. Nasser Saeed Mandour, President of Suez Canal University, appreciated  the outstanding scientific achievement of the international journal Catrina: The International Journal of Environmental Sciences, following the release of the 2025 Journal Citation Reports (JCR) by Clarivate Analytics. The journal’s Impact Factor rose from 1.4 to 1.6, making it the highest among Suez Canal University’s scientific journals, thus confirming its prominent position on the international stage in the field of environmental sciences.

 

Prof.Dr. Nasser Mandour emphasized that this achievement reflects the university’s ongoing efforts to support scientific research and international publication according to the highest global standards. noted that the increase in the Impact Factor, as reported by the JCR, is a significant indicator of the rising citation rates of the journal’s published research, reflecting the quality of its scientific content and the international scientific community’s confidence in the research it receives and publishes.
