The International Publishing Center at the Suez Canal University provides scientific consultation and research services to postgraduate students (Master’s and PhD), faculty members, teaching assistants, and lecturers to refine, rephrase, translate, and review citations for research intended for international publication in all fields. The center aims to support researchers in overcoming any obstacles during the international publishing process and guiding them on methods and skills for international research publication, which achieves the development of the level of scientific research and increases international publication, in turn serving the community and achieving sustainable development in the field of scientific research.


The university aims to become a center of excellence in international publishing among Egyptian universities, on par with international universities.


The university seeks to enhance research capabilities and skills, raise awareness about modern skills, techniques, and software, and provide research services in scientific and humanities fields to encourage international publishing in prestigious international journals.


  1. Preparing and implementing programs, courses, and workshops to raise awareness of the importance of international publishing in enhancing the academic reputation of the university and raising the international ranking of universities.
  2. Preparing and implementing programs, courses, and workshops to develop research capabilities for faculty members, researchers, and postgraduate students and training them on modern scientific research methods and techniques.
  3. Preparing and implementing programs, courses, and workshops to enhance the research skills and abilities of faculty members, researchers, and postgraduate students in modern skills for international publishing.
  4. Preparing, implementing, and providing scientific and research services that assist faculty members, teaching assistants, postgraduate students at the university, and all those interested in international publishing in improving the efficiency of publishing within the university.
  5. Preparing newsletters, brochures, and posters necessary for disseminating international publishing policies within the university.
  6. Providing consultations in the field of international publishing, including publishing skills, reputable classified journals, citation, rephrasing, and other modern international publishing skills.
  7. Implementing language editingcitation checkingscientific translation, and humanities studies services to assist researchers at the university in preparing scientific research papers in a good format that contributes to the acceptance of publication, through a group of specialists and experts in this field, which in turn leads to an increase in the rate of international publishing at Suez Canal University.
  8. Inviting experts in the field of international publishing to transfer their experiences to the university.
  9. Collaborating and coordinating with relevant units within the university, such as classification units, training and human development centers at the university, and the Center for Education Development, among others.
  10. Contributing to the dissemination of modern sciences and knowledge using the latest publishing standards and techniques and relying on reliable sources of knowledge with a prestigious scientific reputation at both the local and global levels, which helps researchers in various specialties to prepare research papers of great scientific value.
  11. Providing free and paid training plans to encourage international publishing for faculty members and researchers to create research teams capable of facing scientific challenges locally and globally, which are announced on the center’s official page on the official website of Suez Canal University or on social media platforms.
  12. Providing a free “Research Advisor” initiative every Monday with prior reservation through WhatsApp.
  13. Providing citation checking through iThenticate and Turnitin and rephrasing.
  14. Statistical analysis of theses and research.
  15. Statistical and scientific consultations for theses and research.
  16. Language editing in both English and Arabic with specialized linguistic experts and issuing an accredited certificate.
  17. The center is contracted with a group of distinguished experts inside and outside Egypt for linguistic review of research papers and issues a linguistic review certificate. There are many successful cases of publishing in Q1, Q2 high-ranked journals after completing the language review at the center.
  18. Translation from Arabic to English and vice versa through a group of specialized university professors in translation and excellence, whether from the university or from other universities.
