Prof.Dr. Tarek Rashed Rahmi, Suez Canal University President, announced for the organization of the first day of arrivals students under the patronage of prof.Dr. Khalid Abdul Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education, on 22 July at the Great Hall of celebrations at 11:00 am.

Under the slogan “Together at Suez Canal University”.

as part of an initiative to study in Egypt launched by the Minister of Higher Education in order to attract expatriates to study in Egypt

All foreign students and representatives from African and Arab countries are expected to participate in the day. More than 60 Arab, African and Asian embassies have been invited.

The organizing committee is chaired by Prof.Dr. Nasser Mandour, Dean of the Egyptian-Chinese Applied Technology Faculty.

Dr. Mohamed Ali Abdel Hadi, Coordinator of the University’s undergraduate stage, said that the aim of the celebration is to honor outstanding international students in activities to attract arrivals

And to announce the distinguished services and programs offered by the University to arrivals students

Dr. Mohamed Abdel Hadi added that the program includes a presentation of a group of videos about Suez Canal University and its colleges and another video under the title “A day in the life of an arrival  at Suez Canal University”

The ceremony also includes a folklore and an exhibition of arrivals presenting each arrival  an overview of the state he represents,

As well as a video presentation on the most important activities of arrivals within the university.
