Within the framework of the efforts of the European Union for cooperation with the countries of the European Neighborhood in the development of special programs in higher education, the EU has to integrate all of the programs under a single program in the name of (+ Erasmus) and begins work done from 2014 to 2020, and the program provides opportunities for students of Higher Education, a scholarship programs with European universities and programs to fund capacity-building projects, and programs to Master certificates shared with European higher education institutions.
