Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Mohsen Suez Canal University Vice President for Education and Student Affairs welcomed inventors of students Faculty of Science Ismailia who holding fifth place in the competition of oil wells discovery the first participation of Canal University competition organized by the American Society of geological oil to monitor and analyze the oil wells of potential and was attended by 30 research team from various Egyptian universities;

and Suez Canal University has represented by the team includes four graduates from the Department of Geology Faculty of Science were able to win fifth place at the level of science faculties in the contest and ranked universities winning follows: Helwan University University of Suez College petroleum engineering and mining Suez Cairo University Faculty of Science Science Damietta Add to Canal Science in fifth place and Asmaa Mohammed Ahmed and Islam Ibrahim confirmed that the center which achieved university is an achievement for being involved for the first time and the competition offered for graduates to gain significant experience and learn the techniques followed by the oil companies to drill for wells and to identify the problems faced by graduates at their any region in the world geological exploration for oil or gas

It is worth mentioning that the winning college teams in the competition will participate in the playoffs at the level of the African continent which begins next February to be followed by participating in the international competition in the United States of America
