Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Nasser Mandour, President of Suez Canal University, the second Student Research Conference at the Faculty of Physical Therapy will launch on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. This year’s conference is themed “Physiotherapy and Scientific Research: A Lifelong Partnership for Better Health,” confirming the faculty’s continued support for student innovation and promoting a culture of scientific research in the medical field. The conference is held under the general supervision of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Naeem, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, who emphasized the importance of supporting events that open new research horizons for students and provide them with a platform to express their ideas and develop their academic capabilities. This is in line with the university’s vision to enhance the quality of education and link knowledge to application. The conference is also overseen by Dr. Mohamed Sarhan, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Therapy and Conference Chair, and Prof. Dr. Tamer Shawky, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs and Conference Vice Chair. Both emphasized that the conference constitutes a distinguished scientific platform for showcasing student research and creative projects, reflecting the advanced academic level achieved by the faculty thanks to the university’s continuous support.
