Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Nasser Mandour, President of Suez Canal University, who stressed in his speech the importance of enhancing technological awareness among students and supporting the state’s vision in building a generation with advanced technical skills. The Faculty of Computers and Information organized a scientific symposium for students of Al-Aqada Primary School and Abu Sultan Secondary School. The symposium was held under the general supervision of Prof. Dr. Dina Abu Al-Maati, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, explained that the university strives to provide various awareness activities aimed at raising the level of technical knowledge of students and highlighting the importance of technology in our daily lives. In his speech, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Naeem, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs and General Supervisor of the Faculty of Computers and Information, stressed the pivotal role of technology and artificial intelligence in shaping the future of society, stressing that the university contributes effectively to spreading technological culture among young people. Under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdullah, Vice Dean of the College for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs. The seminar was presented by Dr. Osama Helmy, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Computers and Information, where he covered various topics including an introduction to computers, the concept of artificial intelligence, its importance and uses in society. also talked about how to browse the web safely, the mechanisms of designing and manufacturing programs, and providing practical examples of artificial intelligence and its impact on various sectors. The seminar was organized under the supervision of Professor Yvonne Habib, Director of the Communications and Conferences Department at the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at Suez Canal University. This event reflects Suez Canal University’s commitment to its role in spreading technical knowledge and building a generation capable of dealing with the developments of the digital age.
