On Thursday, 28 September, Prof. Dr. Nasser Mandour, President of Suez Canal University, accompanied by Prof.Dr. Mohamed Saad Zaghloul, Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research, and Professor Dr. Mohamed Abdel Naeem, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, received a high-level Libyan delegation from the African National University. For university and higher education in the Libyan city of Benghazi.

The delegation included Dr. Nasser Mohamed Milad Al-Rubaiqi, Dr. Mohamed Abdel Qader Omar, Dr. Suleiman Saleh Suleiman, and the cultural advisor to the Libyan Embassy in Cairo, Ismail Al-Hadi Ibaid.
