
Suez Canal University participated in the ceremony honoring Egyptian universities included in the QS World University Rankings 2025. The ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, along with ministry leaders, university presidents, and Dr. Ashwin Fernandez, QS Regional Director for the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia.
The ceremony honored 20 Egyptian universities included in this year’s edition of the global rankings, including Suez Canal University, which was placed in the (1401+) category globally in recognition of its remarkable progress in international rankings. The honorary shield was received by Dr. Mohamed Saad Zaghloul, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, representing the university.
In his speech on this occasion, Prof. Dr. Nasser Mandour, President of Suez Canal University, emphasized that the university’s inclusion in the QS World University Rankings 2025 is the culmination of the university’s ongoing efforts to support scientific research and develop academic performance.
