Suez Canal University

The British Times Higher Education Foundation announced the results of the Arab University Rankings for 2024, where Suez Canal University continued its progress and kept its distinguished position among the top 100 Arab universities, ranked (91-100) out of 238 Arab universities from 19 countries.
The university also ranked 12th among Egyptian universities out of 47 universities included in the ranking.
Prof. Dr. Nasser Saeed Mandour, President of Suez Canal University, stressed that this achievement reflects the university’s commitment to developing higher education and scientific research, praising the sincere efforts made by faculty members, researchers and administrators to achieve this success.
Expressing his deep appreciation and pride in this achievement that enhances the university’s position on the Arab and international levels, stressing the need to continue working to achieve more progress in the coming years.
For his part, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Saad Zaghloul, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, pointed out that the performance indicators in this year’s ranking included five main areas: Teaching (31%), Research Environment (31%), Research Quality (24%), International Outlook (8%), and Society (6%). Suez Canal University excelled in the areas of Research Quality and Society, reflecting its commitment to academic excellence and positive impact on its surroundings.
