Suez Canal University is preparing to launch the activities of the “Students with Disabilities Rights Awareness Week” within the “Tamkeen” initiative, which is scheduled to start on Saturday, November 16, 2024, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Nasser Mandour, President of the University, and the general supervision of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Naeem, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs. And under the executive supervision of Dr. Mahmoud Shoaib, General Coordinator of Student Activities at the University, and Dr. Sameh Abbas, Director of the Center for Services for Students with Disabilities. This initiative comes to promote the values of inclusiveness and integration within the university community, and to provide a supportive educational environment for all students. The activities also aim to raise awareness of the importance of integrating students with disabilities through a series of diverse activities, including awareness workshops and educational campaigns. The week will also include artistic, sports, and cultural events that bring together all students with the aim of strengthening social ties and enriching the collective learning experience.
