Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Nasser Mandour, President of Suez Canal University, and in cooperation with the Strategic Planning and Projects Department of the Directorate of Education, the university organized a symposium entitled “Smart Green Projects: From Knowledge to Application”.

Commenting on the importance of the topic, Prof. Dr. Nasser Mandour, President of Suez Canal University, said that the symposium comes at a crucial time as smart green projects constitute an important step towards achieving environmental sustainability and facing global challenges, stressing the university’s commitment to supporting innovation and technology in order to improve our environment and enhance its sustainability.

The symposium was held under the general supervision of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Wasfi, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, and was presented by Dr. Yasser Awad, Assistant Professor at the Department of Agricultural Botany at the Faculty of Agriculture.
