Prof. Dr. Nasser Mandour, President of Suez Canal University, expressed his happiness with the renewal of the university administration’s ISO/9001/2015 certificate, stressing that this achievement represents an important step towards improving the quality of educational and administrative services at the university.
Prof. Dr. Nasser Mandour said, “The renewal of the ISO certificate is the result of joint efforts from all university employees, and reflects our commitment to continuous development and raising the efficiency of performance in all sectors.
pointed out his full appreciation for what we have achieved, calling for continuing to work hard to achieve more achievements, especially with our preparations to apply for the higher specification ISO/21001/2018, which is related to improving and developing the educational process, which contributes to achieving the university’s vision and mission.
This came as a comment from Prof. Dr. Nasser Mandour on the university’s renewal of the ISO/9001/2015 certificate from the quality-granting company (AJA), after the visit of the external review team to the university’s sectors.
The closing session to announce the university’s ISO certification was attended by the university’s vice presidents:
