Prof. Dr. Nasser Mandour, President of Suez Canal University, indicated that university hospitals provide their treatment and medical services to the citizens of the three canal governorates, in addition to the governorates of North and South Sinai, the logistical region that represents the eastern gateway to Egypt, and then the university takes upon itself the development of university hospitals and raising the efficiency of university hospitals to join the comprehensive health insurance system
This came during the meeting of Prof. Dr.Nasser Mandour, President of Suez Canal University, with the work team concerned with implementing a plan to develop and raise the efficiency of university hospitals to qualify them to join the comprehensive health insurance system, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ahmed El-Sakka, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the University Hospitals Board of Directors, Prof. Dr. Adel Hassan, Executive Director of University Hospitals, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Anwar, Deputy Executive Director of University Hospitals, Prof. Dr. Marwa Orabi, Director of the University Hospital, and members of the hospital board of directors, and in the presence of representatives of the company responsible for implementing the development project, and university consultants, faculty members of the Faculty of Engineering headed by Dr. Ibrahim Al-Qarsh, university advisor for engineering affairs, Dr. Ihab Fahmy, civil works consultant Dr. Basem El-Hadi, Electromechanical Business Consultant;
