Under the patronage of prof . Atef Abou El Nour, President of Suez Canal University, and Prof. Tarek Rashed Rahmi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs. The first workshop was held in the framework of the activities of the Student Forum for Egypt which Suez Canal University hosts from 6 February to 9 February, 2019.
The workshop was attended by Prof. Mohamed Shkidif, Director of the Center for Academic Support, where he emphasized the inherent patriotism within each of us. Then he touched on the SWOT analysis model
It is an analytical method to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of each individual (whether they exist or just an idea) and put them into the study and analysis, based on the intuitive idea of looking at your strengths and opportunities
And then to activate and support and develop, and to look at the weaknesses and threats to the company, and then eliminate the weaknesses or reduce their impact or move away from sources of threat if not impossible to avoid altogether. This is one of the best ways to build business strategies (long-term plans, short-term plans) and business plans to reach the goals of self-success by analyzing the internal and external situation through the four items (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) . Dr. Mohammed Shakidaf also reviews the four-fold analysis of environment and performance, namely: – Growth and expansion strategy – Strategy of development and improvement – Strategy of stability and stability – Strategy of contraction and contraction.
And stressed the importance of knowing your strength, and that each person will serve the most appropriate strategy to build self, the term is not long life, but good work.
and distributed a model that identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of participants to the workshop, and they fill it in the last days of the forum
