Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, issued the decision to include Prof. Mervat Shabrawi professor of Ophthalmology at Suez Canal University to members of the Quality Councils Academy of Scientific Research and Technology, where she has published a chapter on: National Committees for Bioethics World Encyclopedia of Bioethics issued by the United States that dealt with the history and the emergence of the National Bioethics committees around the world and how to create and configure and its policies and ways of working out and training of its members and the global exchange and international expertise
