University evening Sunday 23September 2012 witnessed signing of medical cooperation agreement
between Canal Universities
and South Africa where Dr. Mohammed
Mohamedain Suez Canal University  president and Dr. Shahinaz  Sovla signed Convention in the presence of a
delegation headed by President of the University of South Africa and studies faculty
dean  and said that the aim of
cooperation between the university and South Africa and control center injuries
in South Africa is the establishment of a center for the treatment of injuries
accidents and injuries to children University Hospital in Ismailia and
supporting medical research and training in the methods of medical research and
epidemiology of injuries and accidents as well as scientific and academic
expertise.
 Dr. Mohammed Mohamedain University  president welcomed the South African
delegation which included Dr. Mohamed Sedat and Dr. Setaty  and Dr. Shahinaz Sovlar and Dr. Salim Karim University
of South Africa vice- President and in the presence of Dr. Kamal Gad Sharobim
Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development and Dr.
Mahmoud Abdel Mohsen Vice
President for Student Affairs and Dr. Mamdouh Mustafa Ghorab Vice President for
Graduate Studies and Research and Dr. Somaia Hosni Dean of the Faculty of
Medicine and Dr. Hisham El-Sayed. Professor of Pediatrics and accompanying
delegation Dr. Kamal Abdul Qader head of Physics Faculty of Science and Dr.
Hassan Azab professor Faculty of Science responsible for the lab advanced medical tests .. The
delegation visited the University Hospital where inspected centers Emergency
Hospital under processing and transplant center and sections reception
accidents and children has been hailed members of the delegation to evolve
medical existing University Hospital and was in accompanying them Dr. Amjad
Matar university hospitals director general and Dr. Somaia Hosni Dean of the
Faculty of Medicine .. The
delegation then went to the College of Science where inspected Departments and
private environmental analysis laboratory developed and it was agreed to
activate the terms of the agreement and exchange scientific professor
researchers and are trained in the laboratory.
During
the open meeting which included Dr. Mohammed Mohammadayn and guests of the
university extended debate to discuss cooperation in the field of
nanotechnology where African university is one of the outstanding universities
in this area and explained the importance of delegation the University of South
Africa where he is a distinguished university in the field of distance education…
and  they indicate  enjoying the visit to Egypt where they were
dreaming about since childhood to visit Egypt and places of historical .. Dr.
Sumaya Hosni also spoke About the Faculty of Medicine and especially in the
field of community-oriented education and enjoyment of college with many
outstanding research centers. After that agreement was signed and then gave Dr.
Mohammed Mohammadayn University president present Shield to the President of
the University of South Africa and his entourage
