Approved by the University Council in its meeting on 09.26.2010 and up till 30.09.2010 on the allocation of the 3 scholarships for Masters students for the Nile Basin countries in the following areas:-
1- Developing and managing water resources.
2- Developing natural resources.
3- Evaluating natural risks.
