The protocol aims to
coordinate cooperation between both Interior Health Population and the
Ministry of Higher Education to take the necessary measures to secure employees
within the emergency departments and ensure good service performance with ready
to intervene immediately and rapidly to the elements and the Interior Ministry
in case the hospital for any riots or attacks on the emergency departments of
