“Save Heart” is a training and awareness program that aims to save thousands of lives from heart patients
Prof. Nasser Mandour, President of Suez Canal University, stated that training in the medical field is one of the most important criteria to ensure the provision of the best health care and service, and to save the lives of patients from sudden heart diseases and to preserve the integrity of the heart. This came in response to the launch of the program “Save the Heart”.
Which is held under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Nasser Mandour, President of Suez Canal University, and under the general supervision of Prof. Dr. Ahmed El-Sakka, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the University Hospitals Board of Directors, and Prof. Dr. Adel Hassan, Executive Director of University Hospitals.
The program, held under the slogan “Save Heart … Save Life,” is supervised by Dr. Jamila Nassar, Head of the Cardiology Department at the Faculty of Medicine, Suez Canal University, and Dr. Mahmoud Sabbah, the program’s coordinator, and its effectiveness will begin on Tuesday, 17 May, at the University Hospital.
The university president added that the program “Save Heart” is a training and awareness program that aims to save thousands of lives of patients by training doctors from various internal medicine specialties, as well as paramedics and ambulance supervisors on how to diagnose and optimally deal with cases of angina pectoris and acute heart attacks. On the sidelines of the program, a media campaign is organized Awareness to enlighten the masses about symptoms, methods of diagnosis and optimal handling of cases of angina pectoris, and acute heart attacks
