In line with Suez Canal University’s commitment to strengthening international cooperation and supporting academic and technological partnerships with Chinese educational institutions, Prof.Dr. Nasser Mandour, President of Suez Canal University, signed a renewed cooperation agreement with Beijing College of Information Technology. The signing took place during a meeting held at Suez Canal University, attended by Mr. Hong Wei, President of Beijing College of Information Technology, Mr. Li Xingjie, Dean of the School of International Education at Beijing College of Information Technology, Prof.Dr. Tamer Nabil, Dean of the Egyptian-Chinese College of Applied Technology, Prof.Dr. Ahmed Salem, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof.Dr. Tamer Mansour, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, Prof.Dr. Mandour emphasized that Suez Canal University is among the largest Egyptian universities in terms of the volume of partnerships and cooperation with Chinese educational institutions. noted that the university \u00a0has a strong foundation for cooperation with China, including the Confucius Institute, two Chinese language departments, the Chinese language department at the New Ismailia University, the Institute of Aquaculture, and the Egyptian-Chinese College of Applied Technology. This reflects the depth of the academic, cultural, and scientific relations between the two sides. The new agreement included a set of scholarships provided by the Chinese side for postgraduate and master’s students at the Egyptian-Chinese College of Applied Technology, in addition to an agreement for outstanding students to travel to China to study during the third year, and then return to Egypt to complete the final academic year, which allows them to gain advanced educational and practical experiences within Chinese educational and industrial institutions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
